PROCESSING TIME:

1 January - 30 September: Standard Shipping Orders received prior to 1200 EST during normal operating days will be processed the next business day. Express and Overnight Orders received before 1200 EST will be processed the same business day (see details below).

1 October - 31 December: Please allow an additional 3-5 days for processing during our busiest season.
 
STANDARD
Continental USA: In-stock items will normally be delivered within 7-10 business days after processing.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: In-stock items will normally be delivered within 7-10 business days after processing. Additional shipping charges may be applied depending on delivery method.

APOs and FPOs: In-stock items will normally be delivered within 10-15 business days via United States Postal Service after processing.

International: In-stock items will normally be delivered within 10-15 business days after processing.

International shipments may be subject to custom fees. Customer is responsible for custom fees.

EXPRESS SERVICE
Continental USA: All Express Service orders received prior to 1200 EST during normal operating days will be processed the same day. In-stock items will normally be delivered within 3 business days after processing. For Personalized or Special Order items, please allow 2-3 weeks prior to shipping.

  • NOT available to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, international, or certain items noted.
  • If you require Saturday delivery, please call Customer Service at 888-237-7683 to check on availability and shipping cost. Additional charges will be applied.
