Special Notes About Birthday Ball orders

Certain items can be personalized for a fee.

Personalized Glassware
  • The date "10 November 2009" is available on the reverse side with a set-up fee of $10.00
  • Additional personalization is available with a set-up fee of $50.00
  • Minimum order of 36 glasses is required for all dated or personalized glasses - including reorders
Personalized Placemats
  • One time personalization fee of $35.00
  • Placemats are sold in packages of 100
Engraving
  • Items such as pewter tankards, Challenge Coins and jewelry can be engraved
  • Complete an Engraving Order form with personalization details
  • For online orders, include your Order Number on the Engraving Order form to expedite processing. Engraving fee will be calculated and charged separately.

Submitting Your Order

  • In order to guarantee delivery before 10 November 2009, please note the deadline for overseas is 15 August and the deadline for stateside is 15 September.
  • To place an order via phone, or for additional information, please call 888-237-7683. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday from 0800 - 1630 EST.
